Classic Team & Individual (Traditional)
Session fees and purchase option type will be determined based on number of athletes/groups/teams, date requested, and some locations.
Individual Athlete Purchase Options:
Option 1 (Only available with larger teams and multi groups/teams/school contracts/etc:
Purchase is optional. Post-Session Online Gallery for families to purchase itemized prints & products such as magnets, buttons, digital files, memory mates, etc. ($24 min order/athlete). Session fees may be waived for large clubs/organizations with multiple teams.
Option 2 (Required for small teams, optional for larger groups):
Prepay - 100% Participation Required. Special discounted rate split evenly between number of athletes on the team. Includes an all access digital pass gallery download option of team image and choice of 1-3 poses of each athlete (must be same for all athletes). **Pricing will be based on number of Athletes & Individual Images for session**. Full amount must be paid prior to session.

Media Day** (Custom Sessions)
CURRENTLY ON SPECIAL RATE!
Creating epic images! Perfect for Single Athletes, Small Groups, Siblings, Varsity, or Seniors!
Base Session Fee w/digital image package included is $850 and includes 1-10 athletes at the session. 11+ athletes will be the base + an additional $85/each. (*+tax unless tax exempt)
Single Location such as a field, studio, court, or gym. Use of smoke requires access to electrical.
Session includes approximately 2 - 3 hours for the base session depending on number of athletes participating.
Choose 3-4 options from several lighting and photography styles such as smoke, light tubes, full team/group, buddy/friend (2-3 ppl), pseudo stadium lights, action images, etc. We will send examples of what all styles are available.
We will need approximately 60 minutes of set up time and 40 minutes of break down time in addition to the session time.
Approximately 25+ images included in gallery.
Examples of how that would break down:
Single Athlete: 25+ images with tons of variety for themselves, time for changes of uniform if preferred.
Two Athletes: 12+ images each and a couple together if requested. They would split the base down the middle and each pay $425+tax each.
Ten Athletes: 3 images each. They would each pay $85+tax each.
11+ would each pay $85+tax each in addition and we would be adding on a bit more time to cover their added images.
Athletes must be there for the duration of full session to receive all selected styles of images.

Group Posters & Individual Senior Banners
BANNERS: Individual Athlete typically on a single vinyl banner to hang on fences or in the gym.
POSTERS: Group such as Varsity or Seniors typically in poster sizes of 12x18 or 18x28 to hang around the school, local businesses, and to hand out to athletes/students.
Custom Designed Banner pricing is based on number of athletes and final size of banners. Please contact us for a quote!
Composite green or white screen Senior Banners at the studio (starting price approx. 85+) and Team/Varsity or Seniors poster composite at the studio (starting price 650+).
On location group session for poster design. (starting price 450+).
Printed posters available with custom quote based on size and quantity.

Travel Outside of Tulsa
Travel within 30 min+ of Tulsa. (Bartlesville, Skiatook, Muskogee, Verdigris, etc.) $50.
Travel within 1-2 Hours of Tulsa. (Edmond, OKC, Norman, Stillwater, Coffeyville, Ponca City, Fayetteville, etc.) $125.
Travel within 3-4 Hours of Tulsa.
(Dallas, Wichita, etc.) $300.
Sales Tax, Payment Methods, and Card fee Information
As we work with a large majority of tax exempt booster clubs and other often tax exempt organization payments, TAX IS NOT factored/included in the pricing. As per Oklahoma law, Sales Tax must be added to all services and products (print and digital formats) in Photography unless paying organization is tax exempt such as public schools, religious organizations, some booster clubs, etc. Private pay athletes/families/groups/teams will need to pay sales tax in addition to TSP charges.
Also, in order to help keep prices as low as possible for athletes, we accept cash or check for our Banners, Posters, and Media Day Custom Session payments.
Credit card and/or debit card processing fees are also NOT factored into our pricing as they are only necessary for these types of personal choice payment options. Therefore, a portion of the processing fee is added for card payments of 2% for payments made via credit card or debit card.
